Larry
Robertson is the founder and a Principal of Lighthouse
Consulting, a company providing "strategic guidance and
advisory services to growth companies." He
has more than 15 years of experience as a strategic advisor,
facilitator and management consultant helping companies chart
their success. Larry

Chung was the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and
Chairman of Limespot.com, a company focused on enabling students
to get the most out of their college. Limespot.com grew to over
35 colleges in half a year.
Prior to founding Limespot, Duke was a consultant at Abacus Technology Corporation, an internationally recognized software process improvement consulting firm. Duke began his career gaining extensive expertise valuing technology companies at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. While at MSDW, Duke co-managed and oversaw client accounts with total valuations of over $100 million. Duke holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. In 2002, Washington Techway
magazine named Duke as one of the area’s top under-30
technology executives. Duke was also selected to the 2002
MindShare Class, an exclusive, by invitation only program for
CEOs of the most promising, high tech, start-up companies in the

As the
Chairman, Founder and CEO of Approva Corporation,
"PV" drives the overall strategy and vision of
the company. Leveraging the extraordinary potential of the
Internet as a computing platform, PV's vision is to
deliver solutions that adapt, align and automates the
process of collaboration between and amongst applications.
PV was Co-founder, President and CTO of Entevo Corporation
from 1996 to 2000. The company was sold to BindView
(NASDAQ: BVEW) in 2000 for $125 million. He defined the
overall strategic direction of the BindView product
portfolio, provided executive oversight for all product
development and marketing execution and aided sales in
closing business at key named accounts. His extensive
software and management experience includes building
software products for large enterprises in the areas of
Internet infrastructure, and Directory and Security
Management.
Prior to founding Entevo, he spent several years developing and managing projects at Microsoft Corporation's Systems Division, and later in their Worldwide Consulting Groups (MCS). Prior to that he worked as a software design engineer at SecureWare, Inc., a security software OEM vendor in Atlanta, Georgia. PV holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science as well as an Executive Management certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School.

Don Britton is the CEO of Network Alliance, which he founded in 1997 to deliver the first comprehensive computing solution for small to medium size organizations. Network Alliance provides the same level of information technology services previously only available to enterprises with large budgets and staff. Don built and worked with the core team that has made Network Alliance the profitable company that it is today. Prior to founding Network
Alliance, Don was the Controller and Director of Operations
for Mario Morino where he managed the accounting and
operational services of the for-profit and nonprofit
entities affiliated with the Morino Group and the Morino
Institute. He
also developed and implemented managerial applications for
use throughout the organization and its affiliated partners. Don served as the
technology mentor for a nonprofit organization serving youth
and families in Washington, DC and was the technology
representative for the Family Office Exchange and the
Northern Virginia Technology Council. Don also has experience
as an auditor and consultant in public accounting at Beers
& Cutler. He
currently serves as the Co-Treasurer for the Medical Care
for Children Partnership and donates his time to other
non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC metro area. Don is an alumnus of
