Phil Carrai is Managing Director of Ventures for the Morino Group in Reston, VA and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of McCabe & Associates and he serves on the boards of Internosis, Network Alliance and zTango. He previously served as McCabe's president and CEO. Mr. Carrai has served as the president and CEO of S&R Systems, a software development and integration company, and in a variety of management and executive positions with Legent Corporation.

Paul Mauritz is Managing Partner of AppSolve, Inc. (www.appsolve.com), a product management and consulting firm located in Baltimore, MD. Paul has over 20 years experience in the software, hardware, systems integration and electronic commerce markets, serving commercial and government clients. He successfully participated on and led teams focused on providing business driven technology solutions in response to complex requirements. Paul developed corporate strategy and successfully drove execution of strategy to include Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations within product, professional services and service provider organizations. His most recent experience was as a co-founder of a Managed Services startup in the B2B E-Commerce market space.
