Eric Fingerhut, counsel in the
trademark and Internet practice group, counsels clients on
trademark and other intellectual property issues. His experience
includes rendering availability and registrability opinions,
procuring and protecting trademark rights, and working on foreign
and domestic inter partes registration proceedings and
infringement litigation. Mr. Fingerhut is extensively involved in
domain name dispute resolution and the reformation of the domain
name system in general. Mr. Fingerhut is a frequent speaker and
author on intellectual property issues involving the Internet and
is recognized by the World Intellectual Property Law Organization
as an expert in this area. He is an active member of the District
of Columbia Bar. Twice elected member to the D.C. Bar's
Intellectual Property Law Section Steering Committee, he is
currently serving his third consecutive year as co-chair of that
committee. Mr. Fingerhut is admitted to practice in the District
of Columbia and before the U.S. District Court for the District of
Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and
the U.S. Supreme Court.

Christopher Capuano has been Senior Vice President, General

was a Director from August 1996 until August 1998. Prior to
joining Proxicom, from 1993 until June 1996, Mr.Capuano was
Manager and Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse LLP. From 1994 to
1997, Mr. Capuano was also an Adjunct Professor of Law at
Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Capuano was associated
previously with the law firm of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher.
